How to return or exchange an item :
  1. Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within seven working days from the date of receiving the goods.
  2. Please complete the returns form and tell us why you are returning the goods, so we can quickly put things right.

  3. Please ensure you get proof of posting ( at a post office ) when returning the goods.
  4. The postal charge of sending out an ' Exchange ' item will be covered by us, however all other postal charges are the responsibility of the customer.
